As an artivist, educator and curator, Augustina’s work is process-based and aims to immerse people in a learning experience that cultivates curiosity, grounds in understanding and moves people to activate their creative power for social change.

For the past 10 years she has worked designing programs, workshops and curriculum with the purpose of providing a platform for young people to creatively engage and respond to the world around them through the arts.  She has presented across the country working with educators to explore how they can strengthen their understanding of how to use the arts and social justice to create change in their classrooms and communities.
